WARRANTY
The product warranty period is one year. The warranty period for the accessories is three months.

Our customer service will first communicate with you to diagnose where is the problem.
If it is a firmware upgrade problem, we will send the firmware upgrade package to you.

RETURN
Order Age: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for orders older than 1 month.
